What a fun day we had! We took Saben and Annika to the Children's Museum and they had a blast. In fact, it was SO much fun that Saben didn't want to leave (after 3 hours of playing there). Annika loved running around with the other kids and pretending to be older than she is. She wanted to be in the action!

I learned a few things this day.
1. park under cover when it's pouring out (thankfully I thought of that before we made the mistake of parking in the pouring rain and trying to get everyone out and organized).
2. kids love McDonnalds and sometimes it's a good way to just get them be quiet for a while. :)
3. the children's museum is a great place to take kids. They get to run around and use up all their energy and it's pretty easy to keep an eye on them.
4. it can be fun to walk in the pouring rain with 2 kids

NOTE - on the way to the museum....I was hungry and McDonnalds was the spot. Saben got super spoiled as I ordered him a happy meal! He was really happy and I suspect this fueled him up for the lengthy play time at the museum. Annika was happy to have some bits of chicken nuggets as well.... I'm a bad aunt!!
