We decided that we don't want to be landlords for a living and decided to sell our house and lower our monthly mortgage payments. We still have Pete's (now known as Benson Rental). Our house would make the ideal renter candidate... but the idea of 3 mortgage payments scared us off a bit. This means we had to get a bunch of our stuff out to make it all look nice and big. It's a work in progress....
